Lately, we (bf and me) have been looking for Korean/Japanese/Chinese expos in town simply because we feel we haven't seen enough art from those far away lands. Our latest discovery:

I'm sorry but I don't like December.
The world becomes a real chaos, people either disappear or invade the streets.
People go on vacations, people stop working, a lot of governmental offices stop giving service. Things get prizy... iuk.. using Xmas as an excuse.
I can't wait for January, when the world would come back to normality.

Oh no. Not this again. It's the clothing dream. I've been having it for fifty years. Aisle after aisle, closetful, metal rack after metal rack of clothing, stretching into the distance under the glare of the flourescent tubing- as goudy and ornate and confusing, and finally as gloom and oppressive as the dreams of a long time opium smoker. Why am I compelled to riffle through these outfits, tangling up the hangers, tripping on the ribbons, snagging myself on a hook or buttom while the feathers and sequins and fake pearls drop to the floor like ants from a burning tree? What is the occasion? Who do I need to impress?
There's a smell of stale underarms. Everything's been worn before. Nothing fits. Too small, too big, too magenta. These flounces, hoops, ruffles, wired collars, cut-velvet-capes, none of these disguises is mine. How old am I in this dream? Do I have tits? Whose life am I living? Whose life am I failing to live?

Last Tuesday, I paid a visit to my favourite book store. Luckily, I found the books I had in mind and even better, I found another ones.. so I returned to my place loaded with books. I don't know why, I love this book store, they usually have the type of books I like, also, here there are cultural activities like poetry reading and music concerts. There is, as well, a little restaurant where you can eat or have a coffee as you read your new adquisitions. AND as I am a frequent client I have 10% discount in my purchases. Lovely place indeed!
I can't wait to start reading them :)
There must be something wrong with me. I can't keep myself from showing you my beautiful dog. Mona is so cute!!

I don't know if you remember that I had to travel to be part of a Russian event, well, it was all here in my country. But it was nice because it was in a place I didn't know.

I am so happy because I'm knitting again.
I decided to take a look to the pieces of thread lost in my house and they gave me ideas. Also, I found some web sites so full of amazing things that I couldn't control myself and gave them a try.
This is part of what I've been doing

OMG!!! I'm freezing! I know, I know, it is colder in other parts of the world but I am a girl from the tropics who enjoys the sun, the sand and the sea.
This cold has been the perfect excuse to stay home with the boyfriend, watch some thrillers, read and write for the final paper, fight against Russian verbs and drink hot chocolate!
I feellike eating Korean food NOOOOW!
