Aida and I met at Starbucks to do our reading and studying; however we ended up talking and gossiping.. as if five days together haven’t been enough. But hey, the world keeps turning and we must update.

With all the cleaning I forgot to mention that last Saturday I was invited to a harp concert. It was my first time and it was really cool. As we arrived on time we got nice seats so we could see and listen perfectly. The performers were Arpas de América You can look for their videos on the net. They are amazing

hmm-mm, my mother took advantage of my absence and reorganized the house. As a result I've been asked to tidy (real clean) my room. God, I had no idea that I had so many things in my wardrove-- and I'm not talking about clothes but the things that we tend to keep and forget. Besides, I have to relocate most of my books and photocopies, which are a lot, iuk!!!!

Hard work, hard work!!!
This is Summer, I should be enjoying the sun and the rain. Well, maybe I'm being a little bit melodramatic. I know this cleaning is for good, my room would look better.. sigh!

hey, I must confess that yesterday I was feeling a bit down but now I'm so much better. It seems that things are working out.

I should read more and start a diet. First thing tomorrow, I swear.

sun and sand

I know, I'm guilty, I've been away for too long. Actually I don't know what I've been doing.. time passes very fast. What I do know is where I was last week.. AT THE BEACH

You know, when the year started I felt like going to the beach. I haven't gone for a couple of years and my white legs were imploring me for some sun. As the year passed by, my friend Aida made herself clear in her real purpose of going. Of course I immediately raised my hand when she asked me. So when classes were over we hit the road and look for the sun. Our main goal was to get tanned, something that we achieved. Also to rest and have fun-- and we did. We were so focussed in accomplishing that that we forgot to take pictures. This is what I have after my first walk by the sea.

But now, I'm home again.

What I miss the most, apart from the sun, is the people from the sea. They made our trip unforgetable!!!
